I was involved in an accident in mid Novemeber. The girl who rear ended me was at fault but I have not heard from the adjuster regarding my medical claims. He has never called, just asked me to fill out some forms, which I did. Now I'm getting a bill in the mail and nothing from the insurance guys. What should I do? I would like to settle this soon.
