My daughter was originally found at fault by her insurance
company for a weather related accident and surcharged. She has limited collision. The surcharge was appealed to the state insurance commision and the surcharge was vacated and she was found less than 50% at fault. My question is, does her insurance company now have to compensate her for the car since limited collision states you must be 50% or less at fault?
