I was a partner in a corporation. I purchased a truck, it was put in the co. name with comm. ins. My partner used the truck(Ihave my own car) Without my knowledfe or permission he let his wife drive it . She got in accident. IO don't know if she has valid liscence. The other parties insurance co. is tring to sue me???can they.
