What is the name of your state? Colorado
My Husband was driving his work Semi and rear ended another company's vehical. In court today he found out the other driver (in a company vehical) had no Driver's license. My husband was fined $165.00 and will have an accident on his record with Faulty vehical. 1st should he have been held at fault for hitting a non-licensed driver and 2nd do we have a civil case against the other company and or driver?

Two wrongs don't make your husband right. The lack of a license by the other driver is a criminal manner while the damages are a civil matter.
