Company Truck ran over my car on interstate....legal action?

What is the name of your state? ILLINOIS
but the "accident" took place in Indiana...

a company truck (ford 650) wasn't paying attention on the roadway and ran into my car (89 nissan) that my sister was driving...forcing her off the road and into a ditch...the car is most likely going to be total'd.... what can i do to get some legal compensation from this company/driver?

Man, I hate that when trucks don't pay attention. Some trucks think they are the only vehicles on the road. My suggestion, sue the truck.
