compensation

i was in a auto accident a month ago
it has been determined to be the other drivers fault her insurance excepted liability a week after the accident she admitted to it being her fault,
they approved a rental car but now that they made their offer they said i had to return the rental so i'am without a car again
the offer they made is not enough to replace my car it is a total loss can i persue this matter legally for full compensation on my car ?
i have looked around for a car just like the one i had and it will cost a couple hundred more than what they offered but refuse to pay out the amount i need to replace it..

there was no injurys but my 10 yr old daughter and myself still have fear when in a vehicle, can we persue compensation for emotional distress ?
