Hi,
I was in an auto accident in the state of Pennsylvania 1year and a half ago.The fault was the other person and its not contested.
Since then I have not been working and declared disabled by social security. My question is how does an insurance adjuster calculate loss of income possibly for life. I have been in physical therapy and have worked with a chiropracter and have had the recomendations of at least two surgeries that are controversial. I have been a very good patient and have tried to recover, I had a wonderful life, however I am worried about not being able to support myself again. I have had permanent nerve damage and alot of tissue damage.I do have counsel, but I would like an idea of what to expect or what to consider. Thank you for your time.
