comsumer fraud by auto dealer

What is the name of your state? New York, Auto dealer sells car, loan doesn't go through, dealer gets rid of old car before auto loan goes through. Loan put through three times, not one bank accepted, title in my name, auto dealer came up with paper work to show auto loan, but no loan is on the new car. Paid for car for a year, Auto dealer showed reposossesion company bank loan papers to claim car back, I still have title, keys and etc to car, dealer wants back title and says I owe back over $4000 to them. Attorney Generals office says seek lawyer out, auto dealer committed comusmer fraud when they got rid of my old car before new car loan was accepted. Can not find an attorney to do a probono case. Not able to pay a lawyer at this time, but I have a good case. Can anyone help me?? Much to detailed to explain in forum.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Payments

I have been making car payments to the auto dealer, I fell three car payments behind, They took my car back in July 2003, I have been without a car since and have not been asked to make any car payments. They just want the title.

forgot

I started making the payments, started in August or Sept 2002, fell behind, in Nov, dec, Jan I was contacted by Car dealer to come up with payment aggrangements I did, I paid $220 every week, In feb they filled out new loan payments, but it did not go through, March or April, they told me to bring the car back, I refused due to the fact that they got rid of my car before the loan was accepted and did not want to replace it.
