What is the name of your state? OHIO

While rideing motorcycle ( vehicle A ) a truck ( Vehicle B ), turns in front of Vehicle A and causes an accident. Vehicle B is insured and gets Cited for Failure to Yeild Right of Way, while Vehicle A is uninsured and has Personal as well as Property damage.
Will vehicle B's insurence pay the claim to the limits of the policy. ?
Or will vehicle A be penilized in said state for being Unisured and forfit all said Awards and Damages, and possiblely get Counter-sued. ?

Lack of insurance does not prevent one from filing and receiving compensation for damages and medical coverage. What it will probably prevent is any ancillary claims such as pain and suffering and loss of wages. Rider of vehicle "A" should at a minimum talk to a local attorney.
