TX- The road construction crew dug up my driveway. I was unable to get out of the driveway without the front end of my car ('98 Camaro) scrapping against the road. I was told by the Contractor to fax the estimates on the repairs. The damage is over $300. When I last spoke to the Contractor, he said he was not sure if the company was liable? Should I pursue this?
