Daughter crashed car into rearend of another - contributing to crash was a boy who rolled a hubcap into the roadway (was suppose to be the sidewalk only) - have eyewitness and boy is included on police report - He did this twice, first time no cars were coming. Also import to note - cars were just proceeding forward after stopping for schoolbus in opposite direction. Damage to other car minimal - damage to front of daughter's car - $1900. (some internal) - Driver of hit bumper notified my insurance company & reported possible injuries (NOT ON POLICE REPORT! - Saw her at work (school) - Agreed at accident that it was not daughter's fault.& she was fine..(!) Daughrer insisted at scene that something had to contribute to the crash as she saw boys quickly vanish into woods - & insists the law of physics went againt her to avoid the impact - police began investigation only after she began to question others around the scene...Question: What type of attorney to hire? Is the boy's parents perhaps liable for a portion? Boy is 11 - North Carolina - Thanks All - Wasnt sure how to condense these events....
