Hi, I live in california. recently i was involved in a car accident driving one my parents cars. it was not my fault. but the insurance company says that i was never under their insurance policy. would i still be covereed under my parents insurance or did I need my "own" policy. they all ready paid for the totaled car and towing expenses but am afraid they will not pay for pain and suffering. please help
