coworker backed into my car on private property

What is the name of your state?tennessee,my coworker backed into my car at work, he said he would take care of it until i got the esitmate,now he offered one forth the cost of repairs...he refuse to file on his insurance...i don't want to file on mine....what do i do?

Simple. YOU file a claim with HIS insurance company.
