Damage Claim Reimbursement Request

I have been sent a demand letter requesting payment for Damage to the exterrior of a house with a paintball. The Insurance Company requesting payment is (Not Mine). My Insurnace has declined to pay.

I have asked for proof of Damage to the property. The only documentation that has been provided to my attorney is a repair bill, that does state any specific damage only that the entire structure including the gutters was cleaned and repainted!

Now my attorney wants as much as the amount being requested to even talk to me.

Is there anything that I can do to get them to provide proof of damage to the property other then the reapir bill, before they decide to go to court?

There's nothing you can do to get further proof besides simply asking for it. In court, the other party will need to provide photos or witness statements in order to back up their case.
