My home, in Florid, is adjacent to a golf course. My property occasionally suffers damage from poorly hit golf balls. Is the golfer, or the golf course course owner, liable for personal injury or property damage if a golf ball damages my property or injures me or a family member?

My response:

Well, the golfer certainly isn't. So now, the question comes down to who's property was there first - - your house or the golf course ?
