Daughter as employee?

If my daughter was injured in an auto accident in Arizona while delivering packages to my husband's clients, can the driver that wasn't cited sue my husband? We have personal auto insurance, which is paying the damage to the other driver's vehicle and his personal injuries. We worry because he seems to be one of those ruthless types that will try to profit, which, from what I understand, is not legal. Insurance companies are supposed to indemnify the injured (property/bodily), not give them any more. We don't want him to go after our personal insurance, be indemnified, then turn around and sue my husband's business.
