Daughter recently killed in one car accident after police stopped her

What is the name of your state? PA
My daughter was recently killed in a one car accident with a blood alcohol level of .16.
The police officer had pulled her over for alledgedly blowing her horn at him. (That I doubt!) She had an adult male in the car who was obviously intoxicated to the officer. but he did not check my daughter or the car for alcohol.
A few hours later she was found dead at the scene.
I really want to get this guy who got her the beer and the cop who left her drive away. Please reply anyone!!!!!! I don't know where to start. There is an investigation but cops stick together.
he was negligent and I want him to pay.

"The police officer had pulled her over for alledgedly blowing her horn at him. (That I doubt!)"

What facts do you have that are different than the above story?

Again, who forced her to drink?

Anyway, a BAC of .16 at the time of death does not mean she had that level when she was allowed to drive away from the officer. Ever hear of rising BAC?

I have evidence that she was drinking before being pulled over

I know she was drinking and at a party before being pulled over. And what teenage girl would draw attention to herself like that from the police if she wasn't drunk? NO, No one made her drink but an adult is liable for buying the alcohol. The police officer is negligent for letting her go.
The officer admitted that the man with her was obviously intoxicated and he knew him. And this man did inform on ppl for drugs to this officer to keep himself out of jail. This we know as fact. And this is why I believe the officer let them go because he "owed" him a favor. The accident happened an hour or so later.
Also there were open containers in the car.
There is more information coming in day by day. And the officer who stopped her will be calling later. the same officer that came here last Saturday and told me my child was dead but didn't tell me he had just pulled her over and left her go. the chief of Police told me that.

Barb, first, let me say that I am sorry for your loss. Losing a child is by far, one of the worse tragedies that a parent can go through...

Your trying to find someone else to blame for this tragedy and loss is not going to help. The fact is (apparently) that she chose to drink and drive. And yes, the person who served the underage minor is certainly partly responsible for the fact that the was intoxicated (but not for her driving).

And unless you have a LOT more facts than you have provided, the officer is not at fault. Not all persons appear or act intoxicated. I have seen some persons who appear stone sober and blow in excess of 0.10.... and seen others that appear staggering drunk and only blow 0.05! Also, your own statement that the accident happened an hour after the officer stopped them could have a huge impact on the officers opinion at the time of the traffic stop!!

Finally, you admitted that your daughter was apparently with a known drug user.... are you sure that drugs weren't somehow also involved in this death???

Clearly, there are a lot of facts that you appear to NOT have at this time and I would restrain your blind anger and revenge until ALL the facts are available and the police reports are obtained.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
