My daughter was in an accident, other driver at fault, $4,000 auto damage was pd. by other ins. co. to repair our car - our med. pay paid out $3600. for daughter's med. bills - she has finished treatment. We live in Ca. What is a usual pain and suffering amt. pd? or is it a %? Do they include time or mileage for 33 trips to Dr. and Phys. Ther.? They are offering med. payments and $2200. I'm not sure they are being fair.

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

You need a lawyer to not only include the items you mentioned below, but possible future medical problems and subsequent treatment.

DO not attempt to do this on your own. http://www.attorneypages.com
