your car hit a person with bicycle who failed to noticed the car. however your car had failed to notice the stop sign, what will be the defences for you in the law suit?

deny it was your car and deny you were driving. in fact, deny you were even in the state when the accident happened.

And since the "car had failed to notice the stop sign", maybe it needs glasses.

And since the "bicycle who failed to noticed the car", maybe it needs glasses also.

**A: but there could be a possibility that the car was wearing contact lenses and still failed to notice the stop sign.

Yeah, right!!
They don't even MAKE contact lenses for cars anymore!! The wipers kept pushing them off!:D

But those don't count, since they are designed to only fit Asian lenses and can't be used on a domestic product!

:D

**A: here is part of the problem. You said "your car." It is not our car that got into the accident but may be it is your car. If it is not your car, then it surely would be their car, his car or her car. Additionally, defences in a court of law are usually substituted for dewalls and cases adjudicated by dejudge.

I think it's a sure bet that everyone who wanted to answer your question has and the ones who didn't have indeed stayed silent.

Let me see what rules you MIGHT have broken......
Do you see the RED text at the top of the screen??? Where it says, "U.S. LAW ONLY - PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR STATE BECAUSE LAWS VARY FROM STATE TO STATE"??

And it really isn't even that hard to follow.... in order to post your first question, you even had to DELETE the auto-question of 'what state?'!!!!

Anyway, we really don't need you to follow the rules. After all, we have far more important things, and real questions on the forum, to have to try to play '100 questions' with you.

Have a happy day.... and best of luck in all your future endeavors.
