I was recenly in a accident were my boyfriend was driving my car. my insurance company refuses to pay for my damages claiming that my boyfriend should have been on my policy as frequent driver my damages are over $2,000 what can I do?

Each state is different. However, someone that has permission to drive your vehicle is covered under the policy as well as the vehicle itself. Consult an attorney.

Also, Don't let other people drive your car. 9 out of 10 accident claims that go through my office are just that, others driving the car.
