What is the name of your state? MI

Is there a law in MI where one can claim for the "dimished value" of the car after accident from the insurance company? If you can provide me a link or something would be great.

You will need to read your policy. Michigan is one of the states that allows an insurance company to exclude 'diminished value' from their policy coverage.
