I have been told I am over 50% disabled in both wrists due to repetative motion at work for several years. Doctor told me this in 1992. I can still do most of my job duties but I'm bothered about climbing poles because of pain in wrist can't hold on. Does disabilities act cover such injuries?

Are you talking about workers' comp or americans with disabilities act? One covers your injuries and you can still work, one puts you on complete disability (not a whole lot of money). You may be covered..it is not cut and dry.

Speak with an employment labor law attorney familiar with this area. He or she can give you an initial consultation about your possible rights/monetary claims/medical claims, etc.
