I just want to know what "dismissed with Prejudice" means. WisconsinWhat is the name of your state?

It means that the court has considered the merits and then dismissed. If suit is refiled, it would be dismissed based on res judicata (already been ruled on)

A dismissal with prejudice can be filed by the plaintiff on their own or ordered by the court via a motion or stipulation.

It means the case is gone for good. those causes of actions cannot be filed again for the same incident/s.
