Well here it goes I am 16 and live in las vegas , nevada
i have recently pulled out a license and have been using my mothers car to run little jobs here and there so my question is:By law do i need to be covered or include in on my Mother's insurance policy or is it ok for me to drive with just the car being covered under my mothers name???

I need to know if i should be looking for a job soon for the high insurance hike if infact i do need to be covered

Your response is highly appreciated.......thank you

It not so much the law as it is the insurance company. The law requires that the car be insured. In surance policies are contracts and if you don't list or add all resident relatives on the policy they can and will deny any claim.
