What is the name of your state?

Colorado

I left for the Navy in January of 2002 and left my car with my mom.
My younger sister drove it without insurance and got into an accident March of 2003. The guy she hit sued me and I got a letter saying that I have to pay 25,000 for his injuries. My sister did not get sued. At the time Colorado was still a no fault state. Do I have to pay.

If you are still in the Navy then you need to make an appointment with JAG for assistance. You need the advice of an attorney.
