do I have the right to sue

What is the name of your state? Pa

I was in an accident about two years ago. I was injured and had to have several MRI's and CATscans. the insurance company has refused to pay the last bill for a MRI or CATscan. I am being contacted by collections and can not get any satisfactory answers from the insurance company. I still have neck and back pain but do not have the money to go to a doctor. I have not received any info on what was the results and can not get any. Do you think that I would have any legal alternatives to clear this up?

For the results, you'd need to contact the doctor's office who ordered the tests.

Before you can figure out if you have a case to sue, you need to find out from your insurance company exactly why they haven't paid the bills.
