What is the name of your state? tn i was injured at work i have permantly lost my sense of smell and fractured my skull and broke my wrist i still might need surgery on my wrist.ifell from the front of a pallet 10 ft up on a forklift. this is standard at work to ride on the pallets. i don't want to be screwed but i like my job and coworkers and don't want to be fired. work has been taken care of me. should i get a lawyer and when is it to late this happened on jan 21
