Do I Need An A Lawyer

What is the name of your state? Ill. My care was Carjacked an stolen but the police found it 3 hours later an called me to pick it up but when i got threre my car could not be move so i got it towed. Called my insurance company waited about 40mins. befor i got a chance to talke to anyone an when i did got a claim number. This was on March 12,2007 all i know now that they did come an picked up my car an carried to a shop to be fixed but as of today it is not fixed tried to call them an all i get is a voice mail an no one has contacted me yet Called the body shope were my car is an they tell me they can't do anything until my Insurance says its its ok an it is now March 24,2007. Whah can I do? !HELP!
