What is the name of your state? AL

If one does not agree with the other at fault car insurance lowball offer to his totaled car, the other car insurance closed his claim case down. Does it violate the law? If no, does it mean one has to accept the low offer; otherwise, he will get nothing?

If they closed their case I would believe they have no intention of negotiating but if you can prove the value of your car is higher than the offer, I would still attempt to negotiate.

Your other alternative is to sue the at fault driver and let the courts decide what the value is.

Of course they can close the case if you don't want to accept their offer and they are not willing to go any higher. Your option is to sue the at fault driver, and hope you can prove to a judge that the value of your car is higher then they think.
