Dose the rebuilt wreck veichicle law extend to Texas

I am from OKlahoma. Dose the rebuilt wreck insurance extend to texas. I bought a 99 dodge from a dealer (new and used) in Tulsa OK. I drove the pickup two weeks and the left front wheel came off.
There service records show that they had put new stud bolts in the rotor that the wheel came off and the dealer wont fix the truck, they have me charged with a toe bill from my house and $20.00 a day storage.
I can not get a title from the dealer 40 days after i bought the truck. The truck came from Texas. I ran a car fax on the truck and it said that the truck dose not show on any records in texas.
What can i do? Please help me if you can Thanks Don
