Last year I lost my drivers license due to two drinking offences. One OUIL and a DWI. I recently was denied reinstatement. I have completed all the things on my probation and no longer have a drinking problem. I want to know whether I can go to another state and surrender a license and or get a license.
It was told to me that in certain states ( alabama , tenn. ) this was possible.
