driving school

What is the name of your state?
new york

Two years ago, I was involved in accident while taking a driving lesson from a driving school. Now, I have just been served papers saying that both me and the school are being sued. Who bears the lion's share of the responsibility, me or the school?

as the driver you bear all the responsibility.

Be sure to present the lawsuit papers to your insurance company as soon as possible.
