Driving Too Close ticket

What is the name of your state?MA
Hi I have Pennsylvania license. I was driving a rented car with rental insurance and read ended a car. I have received a ticket for driving too close.

I would like to know the following:

How many points are taken off my license?

I have moved to Boston so I have to change my license if that is the case would my accident stay on record?

Is there any way I can remove the accident from my record or take off points from my license?
