| drunk driver hit uninsured parked car...will his insurance pay?

My friends car was struck by a drunk driver while parked and unoccupied. The driver was arrested and sited for DUI at the scene. He had full coverage and has claimed full liability for the accident and damage. My friend's car which was struck, did not have insurance at the time of the incident. Does the drunk driver's car insurance have just cause to deny the claim? |
