dry ice vs van


What is the name of your state? NE
Who is liable for the use of dry ice place on beef after the processing at a packing house and placed into a vehical that inturn causing a person to pass out while driving the vehical?

What this Omaha beef not sealing their packages when they put dry ice in them????????

No, Not Omaha beef but a packing facility that custom butchers for the area customers--like farmers that raise their own beef--
they processed and packed it in coolers and didn't bother to mention how deadly dry ice is in a vehicle which in turned cause a serious accident! So who is at fault? the customer or the packing facility?

There would be no way to hold the customer at fault. Who owned the vehicle that was used to transport the dry ice? That is the person who most likely would be found at fault for the accident.
