Driver of the vehicle was driving on the wrong side of the road with a suspended license and under the influence. A police officer witnessed the accident. Another witness stopped and confirmed our story. I sustained a neck sprain. I am training in an Olympic Training Center and have a scholarship based on my athletic ability. i am unable to practice and the upcoming tournement has a prize money of $5,000+ The driver of our vehicle does not have a license. Is there anything I can do to recieve compensation.
