I Live in Michigan and am a Medical Biller for several fire departments. I will be doing an orientation for these emt's and paramedics and would like to know what does a lawyer look at on their run sheets during a litigation? My goal is to inform these medics how important a well-written run sheet is not only for patient care but also in insuring no insurance fraud is found in the way the report was written. Thank You.
