wtd- as a reply to your sarcastic responce; I was pulled over because "supposedly" my back license plate light was out, (which it wasn't). The police had already known that I had a few beers earlier that night. They had no reason to pull me over, for they're reason, the light, wasn't out! I ended up being arrested for a DUI, on a false pre-charge. Thank You!

It does not matter why the cops pulled you over because you were arrested for DUI.
If you can prove that you were not under the influence at the time, then your case will be dismissed.
