Estate questions about PA & death

An underinsured driver who was drunk/speeding/
and in my lane was killed in the accident. Is his life
insurance policy included in the estate or not? Or is it off limits?

Are you asking about whether you can collect the insurance based on the obvious inneuendo of a car accident? No, because it has probably been paid to a beneficiary. but sue the estate and see what happens.
