Ex- husband making decisions

What is the name of your state? Michigan
My ex and I share 50/50 legal/physical custody of our 13 year old son. He continues to make decisions reagrding doctors, dentists, and school issues without discussing them with me first. On all occasions, I have had no knowledge and they have made me look foolish in one way or another. How do I get my point accross that he has no right to do this so that he knows I am VERY serious.
