My question is if someone is already in a intersection making a left hand turn and I in the opposite direction was making a right, but the driver felt I was back far enough for him to make his turn but I then t-boned him.. Should I of yielded for him because he was already in the intersection.
Who is at fault.

Because he was turning left he will always have som liability. But, he did have control of the intersection so you also may have some liability. The farther back on his car that the impact occurs the more liability you have.
