We live in NY, but on vacation in Maine my Mother fell in the hotel parking lot. She tripped over a cement divider and broke her tooth, and also her shoulder in 4 places. She had to have surgery and a shoulder replacement. Is the Hotel liable for any of this. She will never have complete recovery of her shoulder and arm. Just wondered if their was anything that we can do.
