I fell in the bathroom in the Delta Crown Room at the airport (11/14/2000) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The floor was wet and the janitor who was mopping it helped me up. My knee was injured and I had to make a trip via ambulance to the ER. Nothing broken but some soft tissue, ligiments, damage was done. I was on crutches for a while and am now under the care of a knee specialist, full extent of damage as yet unknown. Delta folks were nice but offered to pay for nothing.

My questions:
1 Do I have any case against Delta?

2 Should I contact an attorney?

3 Should I contact Delta?

4 Should I do anything now or wait and see what the extent of the injuries are?

5 Any good attornies in Utah who can address this, I would not mind paying for a couple of hours of advice.

Rob
