hurt in store
I was injured in a large department store.
Located in NJ.
I had to be taken out by an ambulance.
150 pounds of rubbermaid storage containers
fell on me from the top of a shelf.
appro. 20-25 containers stacked inside
one another.
I was injured pretty badly.
I now have over 5,000 dollars in doctor
and hospital bills.
I don't have any insurance.
What would happen in this kind of a situation.
Will the store pay for the bills?
