At Fault Driver Has Same Ins. Co.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Florida
What should I do if the at fault driver who rear-ended my car has the same insurance company as I do? Is there a conflict if I am filing a claim against his policy for damages to the car, medical expenses & lost wages?

His policy protects him regardless of who the other person is insured with, and so does yours.
