A lady backed into my car in the drive through pick up zone at my kid's privately owned christian school. She admitted fault and her insurance company promptly paid the claim and I thought it was over. That was 6 months ago and now she has decided to come after my insurance to pay for her car's damage because she claims I was parking in a no parking zone. I was not parking. I had just pulled over and stopped to allow my child to get into the car. Does she have a case against me just based on what I have told you?
