My husband and I were in an accident and both sustained injuries, permanent, though not life threatening.
My husband is ready to settle, but I have not been released from the doc as yet.
Question:
Our attorney's paralegal strongly suggested that he wait and we settle together. She stated that we would "do much better" settling together. Why is this?
Can anyone enlighten me here?
