I DROVE MY CAR THROUGH A PUDDLE WHILE IT WAS RAINING. THE ENGINE SEIZED. MY INSURANCE PROVIDER SAYS IT IS A MECHANICAL FAILURE AND MY DEALER SAYS IT ISN'T. WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?

Must have been a deep puddle. This is one of those cases where you will have to pay for the repairs out of your pocket. Your insurance company won't pay and the dealer won't honor the warranty because you did what is called self inflicted damage. You put the vehicle in a situation yourself that caused the damage. Time to pay up.
