i wrote earlier and when i read your response i tried to respond and the site would not let me in under my old user name...but what I wanted to tell u was that i already tried to search under Ford vs. firestone and under September 6, 2001 and the both together and all swithched around and i got a billion sites but none were even close to what i was wantin to know. i just need to know what the decision was and maybe a few general details. any more help is appreciated...this is for a school project. thanks. kendi
