My car was involed in an accident and the frame was bent. I was T-boned on the drivers side directly on the A-Posts. I have a 2003 cavalier but because it had low mileage they would not total it out. I took the car to get fixed and have recently received the car back, however the car is still bent. It is obvious looking at the car that it has been in an accident. Now the value of the car is terrible and my insurance was set on fixing it instead of totaling it out. Should a car be totaled if the frame is bent?
